What is guaranteed rent?
Guaranteed Rent is a service designed to offer peace of mind to our landlords. We lease your property from you for a period of time and are responsible for paying the rent, regardless of whether the property is occupied or not. We deal with any occupants, maintenance, and property management during the term of the lease.
What size properties do you accept and what areas do you work in?
We have a high demand for 1-3 bedroom properties covering the whole of Kent.
Who maintains the property?
We have a dedicated team of experienced maintenance and cleaning operatives who work closely with our property managers to maintain your property. We also offer a 24/7 call out service in case of emergency to ensure your property is looked after.
How much rent will I get for my property?
We always prefer to see a property before we give a valuation. This allows our team to assess the property and check it meets the standards required.
What happens to my property when a tenant moves out
When someone moves out of your property, our team will carry out an inspection and conduct any necessary works before another occupant moves in. We will also cover the cost of any council tax and utility bills whilst the property is empty.
What is guaranteed rent?
This is a common question, with many people believing it to be an insurance product, but it’s much more than that. Cornerstone Property Group will become your tenant, signing a lease directly between us and you, as the landlord. We will be responsible for your rent month in, month out – regardless of whether the property is empty or not.
