We provide supported accommodation to local authorities, social services, probation services, hospitals and more within the south-east. Our support is heavily based on a person-centered approach, making sure the client’s needs are met whilst ensuring safeguarding at all times.
We provide dedicated accommodation, with an office and team based on-site to carry out support sessions as agreed in the individuals care plan. All accommodation comes fully furnished complete with a welcome package, typically 5-7 bags of groceries, toiletries and other essentials, making each client feel settled and at home from the very first minute.
Our team are driven, passionate, empathic and highly motivated to provide the highest level of support possible, working towards individually tailored support plans and goals. We provide essential and ongoing training for all staff, ensuring they are aware of any changes in legislation and keeping them informed with how to deal with various situations which may occur.
