What size properties do you accept and what areas do you work in?
We have a high demand for 1-3 bedroom properties covering the whole of Kent.
Who maintains the property?
We have a dedicated team of experience maintenance and cleaning operatives who work closely with our property managers to maintain your property. We also offer a 24/7 call out service in case of emergency to ensure your property is looked after.
How much rent will I get for my property?
We always prefer to see a property before we give a valuation. This allows our team to assess the property and check it meets the standards required.
What happens to my property when a tenant moves out?
When someone moves out of your property, our team will carry out an inspection and conduct any necessary works before another occupant moves in. We will also cover the cost of any council tax and utility bills whilst the property is empty.
