We always prefer to see a property before we give a valuation. This allows our team to assess the property and check it meets the standards required.
When someone moves out of your property, our team will carry out an inspection and conduct any necessary works before another occupant moves in. We will also cover the cost of any council tax and utility bills whilst the property is empty.
